The room was the way to go, just spectacular, regardless of time of day or weather. It was left dirty until I voiced my displeasure, but had a beautiful lake view this morning; however, it is not worth the extra $.

The location is wonderful, walking to everything good. It is perfect for the water, stores, and restaurants; literally across the street from the waterfront. On a Burlington bluff with a million dollar view of Lake Champlain.

The service, especially from the front desk clerk, was incredible despite the initial room issue. The location was very good for both the view and convenience to downtown. The dining experience was beyond what I've experienced in most hotels, although some items were overpriced and took a while to be available. The facilities overall were well done, making my stay pleasant and comfortable.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The room I stayed in was on a high floor, comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful lake view in the morning. The service was absolutely wonderful and incredibly friendly. The location was perfect for what I needed, within walking distance to the Downtown area and Lake Champlain.
